Ask 1 (or all) of these questions to ACE a job interview

#1 – “What are the biggest challenges facing the team/department/company, and how does this role contribute to addressing those challenges?”

This is an AWESOME interview question because it shows that you are interested in understanding the company’s current situation and how you can contribute to its success.
